Prudent Man Real Estate was established in May 2000
by two experienced real estate professionals, Gary D. Graham
and Anna Lowery. As a small company, we are more flexible,
to give your needs more personal attention, to respond quickly
to changing situations, and to more easily create win-win situations.
We are experienced and knowledgeable, and able to get the job done
while showing you the consideration and respect you deserve.

impressive background in manufacturing and industry.

Anna Lowery

Anna Lowery is active in the day-to-day listing and sales activities, and
has been a real estate professional since August 1983;
she earned her Broker's license in 1988.
Anna specializes in residential real estate, helping both seasoned
buyers and sellers, as well as first-time buyers and sellers.
She is experienced and offers reliable advice and counseling, strong
contract negotiating skills, competent guidance and efficient handling
of the process from beginning through completion at the closing table.
Her commitment is shown in the dedication and attention given to
each client's unique needs, and each transaction to assure its
successful completion.

Anna believes in education! The more she knows, the better
she can serve her clients and build her business. Anna has invested
her money, time, and effort to acquire the following special additional
education (and designations); she also attends several continuing
educational courses beyond what is required.
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist:
Only 5% of Realtors are CRS Certified, and is the highest designation
for sales associates in the residential sales field. A CRS has advanced
training, experience and commitment; and adds no cost to your
transaction. In fact their expertise may actually save you time and money
when you are buying a home, or increase your profit when you are
selling one!
ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative:
The mark of excellence in comprehensive buyer representation services
and expertise; the ABR represents the Buyer who is purchasing property
in a real estate transaction. The ABR Designation is awarded by REBAC
to those Realtors who have attained the educational and experience
needed to provide the high level quality service required by REBAC (Real
Estate Buyers Agent Council).
Having your own Buyer Agent adds no cost to your transaction,
and may actually save you money!
GRI - Graduate, Realtors Institute:
Realtors who hold the GRI Designation have dedicated their time and
money to obtian additional real estate education in order to give quality
service. A GRI must also be a member of the National Association of
Realtors and subscribe to the Code of Ethics of NAR.
e-PRO:
The e-PRO certification raises the bar for all REALTORS in internet and
technical expertise. Endorsed by NAR, the e-PRO training program
teaches how to communicate effectively with, and market to, the online
consumer. An e-PRO will respond quickly to your questions but will not
SPAM you, and will protect your personal information and respect your
privacy.
C-CREC - Certified Consumer Real Estate Consultant:
Anna has successfully completed the Certified Consumer Real Estate
Consultant training course.
SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification:
This designation provides a framework for understanding how to direct
sellers to finance, tax and legal professionals; qualify sellers for short
sales; develop a short-sale package; negotiate with lenders; and protect
buyers.
